Cheyney House - Tucson, Arizona (2000)

Designed by Holmes & Holmes in 1905, the Cheyney House had long been listed as one of Arizona's "Most Endangered Historic Properties."  Following a destructive fire in 1983, and nearly 20 years of abandonment and neglect, the restoration of this National Register Property is a keystone in the revitalization of downtown Tucson, restored as three residences.

 Clients: Gerald & Emma Talen
Contractor: Eric Means (with Michael Keith)

*The project received the State of Arizona Heritage Preservation Honor Award from SHPO in 2002.
